You must be at least 30 years of age to use Over30. By registering, you confirm that you are a professional with legitimate employment and that all information provided is accurate and truthful. Misrepresentation of age, profession, or identity is grounds for immediate account termination.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree not to: harass, threaten, or harm other members; post false or misleading information; use the service for commercial solicitation; attempt to access other accounts; post inappropriate, explicit, or illegal content; or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
The 26214520.00 membership fee grants 60-day access to messaging features. Memberships are non-refundable once activated. There is no automatic renewal — you choose when to purchase a new membership.
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Over30 a license to display your content on the platform. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any third-party rights.
Over30 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, provide false information, or for any other reason at our discretion.
Over30 provides its service "as is" and makes no warranties about the suitability of any matches or connections. We are not responsible for the actions of members outside the platform.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
